the export process its inviable and do the product unusable. you can construct all your video project but whe you will export, its slow (maybe 3 hours) or frezze.

Not sure what works or what doesn't. Support isn't very helpful. Am sure there are better software around. Hmm, avoid at all costs.

My account with Keyframes Studio is no longer allowing me to export any projects they all stop either at 47-48% complete. I have emailed support no response. It looks like they have aborted the software without notification to paying customers like myself. Unfortunately, this may deter me from purchasing appsumo.com software products and I invest in a lot of them for my business with content creation for my clients. This may be a reason for Appsumo to own it and refund me for this product that is useless now.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Keyframes Studio. Despite multiple attempts to export a simple 1-minute video, the process took an inordinate amount of time, upwards of 20 minutes, and still did not complete. What's more frustrating is the lack of response from their support team. This level of service is unacceptable, and I expect much better, especially when deadlines are tight, and every minute counts. I am left with no choice but to look elsewhere for my video editing needs and to advise others to do the same if they value their time and require reliable support.

Keyframes has been awesome for video repurposing and reframing videos to 9:16. A must if you're doing social media.
