We are indeed late. Thing is we have 95% of the updated version ready. The new UI is ready, integration with all systems is ready, and the new Ai writer performs very well in our simplified version. We only need to adjust the last integration of the Ai writer with the new UI and will be good to go. This should be ready by no later than tihis week, and we'll update everything right away :) Thank you for your patience...and asking!
While the Ai writer does work very well in Japanese and SERP tracking can be done for websites in Japanese as well, the Keyword Research module does not provide many results in that language. Sorry!
As of now the competitor analysis checks on the following data of the first 15 listed results for the keyword searched:
1) Amount of backlinks 2) Amount of referring domains of those backlinks 3) Refering pages 4) Domain Rank 5) Page rank (propietary, not by Google) 6) Spam score
We have a very big update coming to the tool very soon, and a few weeks later we plan on launching a full competitor analysis module that will blow your socks off. Literally ;)
KeywordCaddy does support Swedish. The keyword research tool does yield results (though probably not as many as it would in English) as you can see in this example https://tinyurl.com/22td2zny , and the AI writer does provide content in Swedish as well.
Note that we have a huge and fantastic update coming up within the next week or so that will make the tool even better!
congrats in this product. I needed something to track SERP. I already have one for the SERP but it didnt bring the volume and additional data. By chance in your plans do you have to have some kind of report? or general view to check how the SERP is going for the domain instead of the project? As well are you planing to have some kind of saved results from the keyword search? after putting the keywords in the project you lost the search unless you add it in the SERP tracking (i kind of like to have the results saved somewhere to track what was the volume of the keyword, etc)
I am also kind of confused when submitting the keyword search it ask for the main keyword (thats cool). But it allows you to save the other similar keywords to the project instead of the main keyword itself. Which is weird, i think i may be doing something wrong. Do you know?
A: Hi Felix, thanks for getting in touch and asking this question.
You can see the in the product descritpion in Appsumo that data that the SERP tracking module displays, right unders the sub header that reads "Get lifetime access to KeywordCaddy today!".
As you can see it displays that SERP for the domain (not the project), as well as search volume (monthly) and changes in positions over time.
Also, about saving the keywords after the search, they are/ can be saved if you add them to a specific project as LSI keywords you want to use in that project. The search volume is not shown though.
What I mention right above also responds to your last quesiton. Those similar keywords are keywords that can/should be used as LSI or supporting keywords in the article , though it should not be abused. The main keyword is always saved for the project by default, hence why it does not appear at the bottom.
Circling back to your first question about saved results for keyword research , are you talking about having some kind of module where you can save keywords you have found for which to crete a new project later in time?
Hi thanks for the quick feedback! just to clarify i am an user of your app! i like it so far. Just kind of difficult to track keywords already searched for and serp tracking limit to 15 rows by page. Some kind of report may help too :D
Regarding your observations, we're working behind the scenes on a huge update of the tool, one of the upgrades being having more rows per page in the SERPs. We'll also look into the other features :)
Q: Does this have the option to track local Google Business Map results like keyword.
A: Hi Bhagsy, thank you for your question. I have some good news , and some news not as good. The good news is that for the past 2 months we've been working like crazy behind the scenes on the tool, improving many things users like yourseld have pointed out. The Ai writer is going to change dramatically, and so will the UI/UX. It's almost going to look like a different tool (well maybe not as much , but almost). At the same time, we are also working on the competitor analysis. So much that the competitor analysis module is going to be much more thorough than initially intended to. I'm quite sure you'll be impressed. The not-as-good-news is that, because of this, it's going to take a bit longer than initially planned. But it will be worth it, I guarantee this. You'll be able to do competitor analysis at a much deeper level than what you're mentioning now. Thank you for your patience!
Wow, thanks for the heads up. I see there are two videos, and none of them are mine. I'll have to get in touch with them and let them now about the changes as well. Oh, and we will definitely release videos in our own channel to help users like you. Note as well that there is support documentation withing the tool. We'll share the update as soon as it's ready!
Q: For traditional Chinese, the search result is EXTREMELY limited...
is there some settings I missed or the tool isn't suitable for Traditional Chinese yet 🤔 😕
A: Hi Ryan, the keyword research tool isn't ideal for traditional Chinese yet. The AI writer does work with Chinese ; you could potentially use it to find keywords, but you would not know the volume though. I hope it's not the only language you are interested in!
German is perfectly supported in the AI writer and SERP tracking modules/ competitor research. However the results for related keywords are not very good. If "related keywords" research in German is very important I would use another tool that works better for your language.
A: Hello. Competitor analysis includes number of backlinks, their authority, keyword difficulty , URLs, SPAM score and other metrics for the top 15 URLs competing for a specific keyword so you know how hard it would be for you to rank. We will also be releasing a full competitor analysis module that will include anchor text, links to the domain and so much data I can't write it up here :)
A: Hi there. From what I'm seeing those characters are actually 2 keywords, hyaluronic acid and hair transplant. I'm not getting results for them though, as the keyword research tool is not strong with chinese.
Yup, i did search separately. I get the SERPs for the results, but not for the SEO data. Chinese is not a main language for keyword research with our tool...
Q: Couple of questions:
Can you explain the credits?
If I'm tracking keywords and competitors, does that count as two keyword? I appreciate the info.
A: Hi Lyle, I'm not really sure I understand what you mean. When tracking keywords I suppose you mean tracking keywords in the SERPs (Google) for your website, correct? In other words in what page your website ranks for that keyword. What I don't understand is what you mean by tracking competitors? Please explain and I'm happy to answer :)
This is an answer to the next question that for some reason does not appear on it's own. Depending on the Tier you can do 400 or 1500 monthly searches, with no limit on how many you can do per day. The limit is per month :) You may have noticed that our Business plan offers limits much higher than most (all?) competitors. Hope this helps!
Q: Hi, there is a problem with your AI writer window.
When i click on heading 2, the whole chunk of article turned into H2. Please fix
A: Hi Kelv, as with any text editor, you have to break the content to let the Ai writer (in this case) or even the Wordpress text editor (for example) where certain commands start and finish.
This might sound weird, so this video explains how you "break" the formatting requests (you simply hit "Enter"). https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/25589303?key=3fde927e2df6fb5fa380a2effe9cbdad
Hi Kelv, this happens when you assign a relatively large word count for the article but not enough subheaders/ subtitles to better structure the article. For example, if you are telling Theo to write a 1500 word article and only place two subheaders, the writer will answer the subheaders appropriately and then add all the content to meet the word count after. The best strategy, also for SEO purposes, is to use a good amount of subheaders that covers the different aspects of the article.
We recently added the topical mapping feature as requestes for other users, which has been very helpful as we've been told. Make sure you give it a try.
Also, we highly recommend you also add the "People also ask" questions you'll find in the content writing module. These will also give you an SEO boost, and help the writer provide the content in an organized manner.
This said, we're working on improving the Ai writer as well, and will have some updates soon.
Almost 1300 words? That's way too much. Thank for the heads up. We were already looking into it but this makes us look for other potential reasons. I assume you are asking the writer to produce the longest content form? And out of curiosity, have many subheaders did the Topical mapping give you for your topic?
Again, please reach out to us via support so we can assign a ticket number to the issue, and this allows us to revert to it in the future if needed.
A: Hi Kelv, where are you getting this error? I did a keyword research ,added keywords to the project (many) and deleted several and had no problems. Please see here https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/25588987?key=e00dec4e3c8c5e2bed257a00e248c7bf . Or are you having this issue in another section?

A: Howdy! Good question. The reason for this is because of the way the tracking APIs work and the bridging between account tiers. A: Hi Takeshi. The content writing tool does support Japanese, and the keyword research function does provide data for the top 15 SERPs for that keyword. However the related keywords tool does not support Japanese, sorry.
It's interesting you are asking for this as we released and update yesterday with a topical mapping feature that was asked for by other users these past few weeks...and now by you :) If it's not appearing in your dashboard please log out, clear cache, and log in again. You'll find it as Theo - Topical mappin in the main menu.
Also, as described in the tool update here on Appsumo, I recommend you ask it to provide a "topical map" for the article instead of an "outline" . The sentences are friendlier and include keywords as well if you ask it to include them.

A: Buona sera Andrea, thank you for asking this great question. I have taken a look at what SEOZoom offers in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tIMxZKDf-rk, and most of what that tool offers is also available in KeywordCaddy. The KW grouping is something we have not set up (is there interest in this?), as well as the "interest finder" color chart and some related setups, but the rest of the values (volume, CPC, relevance, etc) are indeed provided. In fact we also provide several important metrics I have not found on SEO zoom (number of backlinks for competitor URLs, spam score, ranking URLs for a keyword and more). The process flow between both tools is quite different as well; we've made ours very easy to follow for content writing (as we are bloggers ourselves and know what SEO writing entails). To be honest I can't really do a detailed one-on-one comparison between both tools, but from what I've seen you'll be pleasantly surprised at what KeywordCaddy has to offer..

based on the information given in the chosen urls from the list of the top serps
with facility to deselect urls we do not want
and if possible the ability to manually add a url that is not in the top list ?
a app that produces article outline is kwhero.com ( on appsumo )
maybe take a look at their outline facility ?
so ai returns an outline , we edit if necessary and then proceed to ai using that outline for a article ?
