But Keyword Caddy had totally legit support in helping me sort it out and even contacted me on Sunday to keep me in the loop on their progress in figuring things out. I was very pleased with how they handled helping me get my second payment refunded. I wrote my first blog with their AI Software and Keyword tools. It helped me create a solid article and was very user friendly. They offer great training videos and explanations on how their products work. Since I'm just starting out, my learning curve is huge and the information can be daunting.
