Q: Hi.

Thanks for coming to AppSumo!

I would want to use KeywordHero for one client at a time. In other words, For the next two months I'd have it on my primary SEO client dogsnax.com and then two months later change it to my new primary client, cupcakekingofohio.com. I am wondering: (a) Is this ok to switch the account 3 to 6 times a year (I know you said switching is ok, but you said it is the exception. I want to understand what is reasonable for this kind and generous exception :)) and (b) how do I link keyword hero to a client's google analytics account without them sharing password, etc? Is there a video tutorial for this?

Thanks. And looking forward to purchasing!

A: Hey there,

Thanks for the questions.

As for switching of accounts. There is no outline for this. We cannot create guidelines when it's an exception. Originally it is: no switching at all. We think this makes sense and we will coorporate as long as it seems reasonable. You can imagine when switching it all the time, this is crossing the line of the reasonable. 6 times a year is not acceptable. One time in two years may be.

Then your other question,

To link Keyword Hero to a clients Google Analytics you would need to do the following:
* client shares their original Google Analytics property on account level with editing access with you - this is done through the Admin section within GA (Admin icon bottom left) - of the three columns, go to the left one - then go for second option (User administration)
* client shares their Google Search Console access
* now you yourself go to keyword-hero.com where you choose Add domain and you will be able to add the clients domain
* choose the origin property that's newly shared with you at Step 1
* choose the search console(s) necessary at Step 2
* finish the setup

It's actually quite easy when the original accounts are shared with you, and you administer everything from your end :)

Hope that helps
