Back in 2018, I only bought one code as I didn’t really understand what Keyword Hero did at the time, but I was soon kicking myself for not grabbing more. When I saw they were back on AppSumo, I was jumping for joy and quickly jumped on grabbing extra codes!

I personally love this product as I am a big “data geek”, and actually recommend to everyone I talk to that they should at least install the free plan on any website they have just to get started and to see the difference in the information collected.

I have also mentioned it numerous times in some of the Facebook groups I’m in, recommend it to everyone I talk to, install it on client sites, and even did a small talk about it for a local WordPress meetup. Are you convinced I like the product yet? 

If you have a website that relies on organic search traffic, especially affiliate marketing sites, I would say this is a must buy for you. The extra information you will be able to access will help you uncover so many more in-depth insights about your traffic, and if you know how to apply it, you will make your money back in no time. Also, it’s a unique selling point if you ever decide to sell your site. It will create extra value, as you will be able to show your potential buyers that you have all this extra keyword data within Analytics that they can then use strategically, plus it will also help prove the relevancy of your organic traffic (and that it’s not fake/bots).

For those saying why do I need this if I have Search Console set up and can get keyword data from there, then you are partially correct that you can pull certain keyword data from there. However in Search Console, you can’t see what actions are then being taken on your site by your visitors, such as bounce rate, time on page and all that other juicy information you get in Analytics. To keep it simple, Keyword Hero helps pulls that Search Console data into Analytics so you can start doing more detailed breakdown of your visitors with actual relevant keywords. It doesn’t remove all of the (not provided) keywords, but it does remove a pretty significant amount, which makes a huge difference when conducting an analysis of your site traffic.

Those complaining that you can’t spread one code across multiple domains probably don’t understand the product to start with. When you set it up, it creates a separate new property within your Analytics account. This is really good as you still retain your original data and can compare the two if required. To try and do this for multiple domains under one code I would guess would be a technical pain in the butt. Seriously, one code for one domain is fair pricing in my opinion!
