A: Hi - Great question. If I understand correctly, KDP uses a very similar layout as "regular" Amazon listings. Primarily a Description + several product features, in this case it would certainly work for it as well. Remember, Keywords is ultimately a text editor that doesn't directly connect to Amazon's system via an API (yet) so you can type whatever you want in there and it would still work.
