Thanks for the questions! Let me see if I can tackle them one at a time.
1. The 50 listings (Part-Timer plan) is an absolute number. You can't have more than 50 active projects at any time. You can certainly delete older listings to and recreate them as new listings.
2. Regarding Merch. If I understand correctly, merch uses a very similar layout as "regular" Amazon listings. Primarily a Description + several product features, in this case it would certainly work for it as well. Remember, KA is ultimately a text editor that doesn't directly connect to Amazon's system via an API so you can type whatever you want in there and it would still work.
3. KA supports unicode encoding and therefor you can type in any LTR language. I have several Amazon Japan sellers that use it exclusively for their listings.
4. SAK is my not-so-clever naming for a section inside KA that allows you to clean and manipulate different text and keywords. See the first animation below the top video on this page for an example: https://keywordsadvantage.com/tutorial/
