Appsumo seems to be able to change the terms of a deal and I'm not sure how or why. Trying to get to the bottom of the issues. Those terms are at issue right now for me. Terms of a deal can change at any point and LTD users can be sidelined. Is that correct? A recent deal on appsumo was recently re-mapped from pro to free.
I guess the new features such as brand management, keyword lists, brand personas, seller central integration, AI integration....will NEVER will be provided to lifetime plans or Appsumo account holders? You have put in new stuff under the 'starter/growth/scale/agency' ruberic without offering up these new developed features to the Appsumo community. Yet since 2022 when you first came here until not too long ago, you had plan feature/capability offerings matched to same plan names (both Appsumo and your website had plans as named as the legacy plans). In 2025 you altered the plan structure on your own website to depart from the appsumo offer (even though both were matched to plan names) to make it appear something else, to the extent that you can claim these new developed features were something else entirely.
How much do additional AI assists cost? The 25 that comes with the plan will disappear quickly. I don't see anyway to buy more without upgrading to a monthly plan. If I bring in three of my products to work on and three competitors' products to analyze, I am done for the month? I must be missing something as I am not sure what the functionality of the software is without the ability to import products. I bought two codes but now I am seeing it will take me 2 years to bring that number of products in. Sorry, I feel like the guy calling computer support because I forgot to plug my computer in. What am I missing?
