Will this new product research module be included for Appsumo buyers at any tier?
ashPLUS(Part 1) I want to be clear that I cannot confirm what will be included for lifetime users. Many SaaS companies fail when they try to offer too much too quickly, and we've seen this happen with several AppSumo companies.
ashPLUS(Part 2) We strive to provide reasonable limits for lifetime members on features that have low ongoing costs. However, the new module involves complex solutions requiring data, AI, and cloud resources, making it unsustainable to offer full capabilities to lifetime users.
ashPLUS(Part 3) Since our launch in 2018, we've built a strong reputation for reliability. I can guarantee the existing limits promised in the AppSumo plan but can't promise additional features at this time. We aim to balance value for all customers while remaining sustainable.
