Q: Hi there, I just bought license tier 3, but when I log in to my account, on the Youtube ads Spy is nothing data.

Also, I see some errors when I click on the links.

Please advice!

Hello Sumolings, Don't trust keywordsearch. They came to Appsumo just for a quick fundraise. Even during the 96-hourr sale they never answered any of the questions. Their motive was to draw some attention for the webinar. I had personally attended the webinar, It was nice and they were too excited about their new AI module. Same time there is no excitement for sumolings, Top Tier Sumolings will only receive 30 keyword searches per month, where as their direct customers get UNLIMITED AI search. I really felt their decision was an insult on us. They just came to this platform to exploit us. The sad part is that, even after the webinar they don't even bother about Sumolings, all questions remain unanswered.
I emailed KeywordSearch to see if those of us that got Tier 3 would get the new AI tool and this is the response that I received. I asked "Will this of us who got Tier 3 on AppSumo get the AI feature?" KeywordSearch Customer Service response: "Hey there! Yes, once we launch this new feature to the general public, AppSumo users who purchased Tier 3 will have access to this feature (following the same pattern as other features of a set amount of monthly searches.) The new feature will be generally available in early February. All the best!"
Hello, Any updates on the roadmap? (https://keywordsearch.frill.co/roadmap) It seems this board hasn't been updated in a long time, the updates seem to have stopped in Aug 2022. Thanks
