I will also jump in here as well with some additional insights on how we differ from the tools you listed. Unlike other tools you mention which just show the YouTube Ads themselves in a simple library. We have setup our tool to identify the videos we found the ad to run in front of & the keywords listed on those videos. We then compare this against the instances of the ad appearing to give us a view of "Possible Keywords" that the advertiser is targeting with their ads!
