I'll jump in here & add to Greg's answer above.

The other tool you mentioned predominantly focuses on hosting a library of YouTube Ads without much additional functionality (as Greg said with the Keyword Features)

Beyond that, our Ad Spy also has Extra Features that make it more Powerful
