The person who let this mess happen (possibly on purpose) is now trying to garner support for a whole new app. Look at my review and see how Josh Bachynski is trying to drum up support for a monthly subscription, and he's doing this on AppSumo grounds. Unbelievable that AppSumo still hasn't said a word. There are many reviews and questions, and AppSumo stays silent while investigating while allowing this possible criminal to try to promote his claim to be building a new app. So ANGRY! I am losing faith in this store.
Can AppSumo provide a clear status update on Keyword Discovery by SEO Co-Pilot? I purchased the product 23 Nov 2024 and reported the downtime on 25 Nov 25. The website is offline. The product owner confirmed the company is closed. I shared this information with AppSumo support. I have not received any update on next steps. I want to know the expected timeline for a resolution or refund options.
I understand that others have already alerted AppSumo about this issue a couple of weeks ago, however, I'm wanting to know what the fix is? It is unlikely we'll regain access to the app/program, so I'm assuming we'll be getting a full credit back for our purchase from AppSumo? AppSumo Support, what is the resolution?
The system is currently down, and we are unable to reach support. There appears to be no available means of contacting support at this time. Team Appsumo, please address and resolve this issue promptly.
Unfortunately, this app is finished as the owner has lost control or something. We need to get Appsumo to claim back our payments
