AndyYQ: Keyword Difficulty Score not working?
Hi Josh/Support,
Is there a server issue, etc there? Been 2 days and "Calculate Difficulty Scores" is stuck with endless spinning circle, "Checking Difficulty" doesn't return any results. This is a key feature and is very serious if unstable.
Also emailed support hello@seocopilotai.com few times over the past 10 days but didn't get any response till date.
KD has great potential, just hope it's more stable and support more responsive. Appreciate your inputs.

UPDATE : Difficulty Score is working now, yes!! Apparently there was an API error KD reported in the dashboard.
However, there's been no replies from support thus far. Copiliot's support email seems unmanned.

Just to clarify that emails were in fact sent to hello@seocopilotai.com on 3 occasions over the last 2 weeks about KD down. No responses received from support.

PS. may want to just double check DMARC config for hello@seocopilotai.com
