Hi, I bought tier 2 of keyword discovery. I should be getting 5k credits for each month for keyword discovery tool. But today I saw that my account has zero credits despite of me not using the tool recently at all. I believe this should be a bug in the system. I need help from SEOcopilot team to check my account with them. Thanks!
Same issue a few months back and again now. Then I got a message I had used up my (unlimited) quota and to sign up for a monthly. When I contacted them questioning it they said it was due to increased costs and made it seem they were doing me a favour giving me a coupon code to get access to what I had paid for. Now again, I went to use it today, same story and that coupon code not working.
