EDIT IN RESPONSE TO THE PERSON WHO RESPONDED TO ME: If this is Josh Bachynski, I have ZERO, ZERO, ZERO intention of ever supporting you or your work again! AppSumo, how can you allow this person to continue to post after what he allowed to happen to all our time and money?

After spending about $400 on SEOdity on AppSumo and watching it close after about two years, I tentatively went with this Keyword Discovery tool for $140. Now it, too, has closed after just eight months.

I think the lesson is not to spend a lot on higher tiers for AppSumo's SEO tools because they just don't last. It might even be worth paying dreaded subscription fees for a service that hangs around because SEO tools aren't one that you want to set up over and over.

The platform has been down and unavailable for several days. Although my refund window for this purchase ended on August 22, 2025, I am thinking about still requesting a refund if the problem doesn´t get solved or at least get an update what´s going on.

I have been unable to access the web application for over a month, as it has been taken offline. Additionally, I have not received any support or response regarding this matter, including from APPSUMO.

The product has been unstable since early Nov 2025. The site failed often and the API kept breaking. I contacted the product owner and AppSumo many times. AppSumo was included in the email chain but there was no support. The product has now been down for more than fifteen days.

AppSumo informed me that this was a self listed deal and not covered under the We Got Your Back Guarantee. I cannot find anywhere on the product page where it was stated as self listed. The We Got Your Back policy states that non Plus customers receive fifty percent credit when a Select product shuts down within twelve months. I need clarification from AppSumo on how customers can identify which deals qualify before purchasing.

I want AppSumo to confirm the status of this product and whether any credit or next steps will be provided to buyers. I am requesting a clear explanation on the eligibility criteria because the current experience shows weak support and no proactive guidance for customers.

I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience with Keyword Discovery by SEO Co-pilot because it has been deeply disappointing.

When I first purchased the tool, I had high expectations, but after only a short period of use, all my credits suddenly disappeared. I contacted their support team repeatedly, and although they initially restored my account, the same problem returned within a few days. This frustrating cycle happened more than once, and despite multiple emails, there has been no lasting resolution.

From a customer’s perspective, this shows a lack of reliability and proper quality control. If a product cannot maintain basic functionality, it cannot be trusted for professional SEO work. Moreover, the fact that the same issue keeps recurring suggests the company either does not understand the root of the problem or is unwilling to fix it properly.

At this point, I no longer bother using the tool. It feels like a complete waste of money, not just because of the recurring technical failures but also because of the time wasted chasing after temporary fixes. I would strongly caution anyone considering this product to think twice before investing, as there are far more stable and trustworthy alternatives available.
