The product has been unstable since Start of Nov, 2025. The site often failed or the API stopped working. I have contacted the product owner and AppSumo many times. AppSumo was included in the email chain as well but never provided support. The product has now been completely down for more than 15 days. From a customer perspective, this reflects poor reliability from AppSumo with no proactive communication. I cannot recommend the platform until its support standards improve.
