Since I did not receive the email confirming my address, I cannot log in. I have tried the password reset procedure, I correctly receive the email to reset, perform the password change, but I keep getting an error message for failure to verify the email address which blocks me.
I consider this procedure really fallacious and poorly designed.
I wrote to the support email address but did not receive a response.

This problem combined with the messages from other users complaining about anti-malware blocks, some inconsistencies with respect to the mail addresses in the FAQs that refer to other sites with identical sections (https://keywordzebra.com/contact/) and the really poor information site give me more the idea of a scam than a professional service.

I hope to be proven wrong by the facts and update this review as a satisfied user.
