May 15, 2024A: Hi - Sending emails and collecting leads are two separate things.
Emails - On the Appsumo tiers, you would need to connect to a custom email provider (SMTP/AWS/Sendgrid) to send out campaign emails to leads (autoreply, reward level, verification mail).
For lead collection - Each tier has a limit of leads collected per month. This number resets back to zero at the end of every month so that you can continue to collect leads. If you happen to hit the tier limits for the month, you'll get an email letting you know it's time to move to the next higher plan or you'll have the option to turn off the campaigns for the remainder of the cycle.
