A: Yes, absolutely. You need to upload the videos to YouTube and set them to Unlisted. Don't make them Public (obviously), but avoid Private too, because Private completely blocks embedding. Unlisted keeps them hidden from YouTube searches and your public channel feed, but still allows them to be embedded into your course.

As far as I understand, domain lock will pretend us from embedding the video we have embedded on our domain, could not be embedded elsewhere, right? But hey, to embed Youtube Videos with killerplayer, they need to be "not privat" on Youtube. This means, everybody could embed the same video in just the Youtube style. It is already common on YouTube to be able to choose the audio language.
1) Can I select the language? Since many videos are set by default in another language (which is not the language I want to hear)?
