Q: WordPress RSS & Auto-Embed Automation Support

Hi, I run a WordPress media network with automated RSS imports and YouTube embeds. I would like to know if KillerPlayer can automatically replace existing YouTube embeds inside imported WP posts, without manually inserting the player one-by-one.
Specifically:
1. Can KillerPlayer detect YouTube embeds/iframes already present in RSS-imported posts?
2. Can it globally replace standard YouTube embeds...

A: Here is the link that discusses the absolute fastest way to embed the videos. While it covers a specific workflow that might not match your exact course structure , it breaks down exactly how to speed up and streamline the embedding process on your site: https://killerplayer.com/fastest-way-to-convert-youtube-links-to-killerplayer-embeds/

Q: Video language on YouTube

It is already common on YouTube to be able to choose the audio language.

1) Can I select the language? Since many videos are set by default in another language (which is not the language I want to hear)?

2) Is it possible to select the start and end time, or will it always be the full length of the video?

Q: How secure are the videos?

If I make videos for paid courses but upload the videos on YouTube, will they be safe and secure from unpaying people? Can I list the videos on YouTube as private/unlisted and still embed on a course via KillerPlayer? Or do the videos have to be Public? How's the safety against downloading the videos or sending the links of the videos to others?

A: Yes, absolutely. You need to upload the videos to YouTube and set them to Unlisted. Don't make them Public (obviously), but avoid Private too, because Private completely blocks embedding. Unlisted keeps them hidden from YouTube searches and your public channel feed, but still allows them to be embedded into your course.

To lock it down, you must use KillerPlayer’s Domain Lock (Domain...

A: Thanks for the love! Glad you're enjoying KillerPlayer.

We'll definitely look into the possibility of expanding to other platforms like Rumble for future updates. However, KillerPlayer was specifically built from the ground up for YouTube only, as that's where we focus our core optimization and features right now.

Appreciate the feedback, and stay tuned!

Q: Why Domain Lock

As far as I understand, domain lock will pretend us from embedding the video we have embedded on our domain, could not be embedded elsewhere, right? But hey, to embed Youtube Videos with killerplayer, they need to be "not privat" on Youtube. This means, everybody could embed the same video in just the Youtube style. Or is there something I did not know, that Killerplayer could prevent Youtube...

A: Great questions; let me clarify 👇

1. Domain Lock + YouTube videos
You’re right that YouTube content behaves differently. If your video is public, technically anyone with access to the video URL can embed it using YouTube’s default player.

However, if you set your video to unlisted on YouTube, it won’t be discoverable on YouTube itself; meaning no one can find or embed it unless you...
