On July of 2023, I bout the Killer player LTD here on App Sumo (https://appsumo.com/products/marketplace-killerplayer/) , all worked fine until one day the platform just went totally off.
Any justification or even answers were given from the client support.
My question is, how reliable are these re-launch here is, and will I get access to the platform?
If yes, is it going to be to the highest tier?
The last time I’ve purchased there was no tiers, only one payment option.
Hope I get finally some answers🙏🏼

We're glad to confirm that KillerPlayer is fully up and running smoothly now. We’ve been in business for over 10 years, serving thousands of users; which speaks to our long-term commitment and reliability. Recently, our platform did face unexpected downtime due to a critical server failure. Unfortunately, our old hosting provider couldn't resolve it in time, which led to communication delays on our end. We’ve since migrated to a far more reliable infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted service moving forward.
If you bought the deal in July 2023, you already have access to our highest tier from that time. The only two features not included in that original deal are domain lock and custom CNAME, which are now part of our new Enterprise tier (3).
