I've have quite a few video sites (about 156) in the past, some/most focused on affiliate sales, with the main draw being, collecting in one place, a bunch of themed niche videos. ( the most unexpected top preforming video site was one that featured Screamo Bands, go figure!)

One big fat problem - the "suggested videos" from YT after the video plays. This can cause a person to bounce over to YouTube to finish watching another suggested video. That kills affiliate sales and total time spent on my website - AKA Butts in Seats.
