Hello, It seems this offer is for Standard Plan and all future updates. Is that specifically for those who bought the Tier 1? If Sumolings purchase the tier 3 plan will they receive updates to the Business Plan? It only seems right if you're investing more into the Kimola Cognitive company and it's growth. Thanks

Our deal has a certain framework on Appsumo, so I can’t make promises for our future plans. What I can promise is Kimola is an 8 years old company with many years of product experience and we are always working on the best experience for our users.
Not to be redundant but, you mentioned the deal has a certain framework. I am asking from the perspective of a Sumoling who has been burnt in previous offers.
A few companies offered All Updates on their basic plans. However, the suggestions and solutions sumolings contributed to within the comments and assisting unmentioned companies develop their roadmap. Were later implemented on plans where we (sumolings) had to pay for upgrades or were offered a "special discount". When ideas and other inspirations were spawned by the community.
Again, is it possible to receive a solid yes or now answer? I am asking personally to be aware if I need to request a refund or not. Regardless of your company's decision, no animosity. I am seeking to gain clarity regarding my investment in KC.

Thank you for responding in a timely manner. You mentioned the only differences are the query size and model counts. However, company growth is inevitable with the projects on your roadmap (kudos!). The potential growth may contribute to limitations (based on plans) and the deal term specifically states "All future Standard Plan updates".
I invested in KC for the ride, potential and development. Therefore, I am requesting on behalf of those who accessed Tier 3. That we are added to "All future Business Plan updates". In my opinion, it is a feasible request, hopefully you guys can understand and will consider.

Hi again, a product is something that evolves all the time and let’s say that we have found a magical feature for our product. We might say “we only have this for x packages” some day, since those features might come to a huge cost for us too! This is always a possibility but we have never offered in app purchases before and our style is to offer packages based on the query count & custom model count. So I can’t promise for our future ideas but please know that you’re investing to a machine platform that already has great features and high query counts that no other platforms are offering.
Was this matter rectified? Did you ever receive a response from their team regarding the Business Plan updates? I, too, purchased Tier 3 and fully support your requests.
Hey there and no I did not. I don't see why they believe this isn't a concern moving forward. A few products have changed their plans moving forward and certain features weren't available based on the tier structured offer here on Appsumo.
I am going to contact their support team. I may be refunding after my 60 days. Feel free to rely if you have heard or hearing anything.
