Q: is it possible to increase the amount of row size?
so more than 1000 characters per row.

I thought I replied this, sorry Daniel!
So the row / character calculations are referred to query count. If you have more than 1000 characters in a row, it still analyzes it but you'd spend a second query after 1000 characters.
