Kimola is fantastic. The overall tool works great, the pre-built models are great, and I love the little monster. Where Kimola blows the competition out of the water however is when you look at the entire package. What is the hardest part about running data through models? Collecting and formatting the data. Hands down that is the biggest roadblock. But the Airset Generator-the scraper- makes this truly painless as it grabs the exact data you want and basically pre-formats it for you. So you get Top Notch AI/ML models AND a way to use them seamlessly...legit superpowers.
BTW-I have a ton of scraping tools and can collect my own data, but it always adds more and more steps to the process as I need to grab the data, clean the data, and then upload the data-and cleaning can take forever sometimes-but with Kimola i just grab the data and analyze it.

Kimola Cognitive has been a great find for me. I've purchased and used a few similar products before, but the stand-out features of Kimola (for me) are:
1) The user is always first and foremost: in the design of the product as well as support interactions. 2) Their focus on ease-of-use. Where possible, you only need to make some choices from pre-existing options. ie: click, click, click, go. 3) Pre-existing options for many common use-cases. No need to create any custom models for many use-cases. 4) Simple to create custom models when required ie: when pre-existing ones are not sufficient. 5) Their ENERGY and DESIRE to continually improve their product. They've been eager to hear about my use-cases and listen to my suggestions....and some of these have already been implemented.
It's very evident when chatting with Beybin that they're a well established company with many large enterprise clients and that they've decided to expand into a new market (smaller companies), and that they're using the AppSumo campaign as an opportunity to learn how best to cater to smaller companies, because smaller companies have different needs to enterprise clients. Hence their desire to learn and improve.
Support is brilliant. That's all.
This desire to improve is quite rare, and I haven't seen it in previous similar products (in fact not in many products at all). This makes me believe that Kimola is a great deal, and once they've finished this round of testing and improvements we won't see them on AppSumo again.....especially not with the current limits.
I have my own use-cases for the insights that Kimola gives, but I can also think of many other ways these insights can be used in many different ways.
The Chrome browser extension is also growing in capability: recently launched on the Chrome store and already able to scrape data such as user-reviews from many websites....which can then easily be processed by Kimola.
My 2c - if you can't think of a use-case....think harder and a little more strategically....there's gold in the hills! Get it, be happy that you've got a super-power in your back-pocket, and pull it out to create magic when you need to ;-)

I've never had such great, complete and patient customer support.... ever!
I had a few issues (which were my user error, not the product!) and support get back normally within a few minutes, got on a call and patiently waited while I resolved a few issues my end. Nothing was too much bother.
For me, the product is a real time saver in getting reviews off youtube or amazon, in order to 'understand the launguage being used', so I can tailor sales messages better to suit the target audience, which translates to more sales! This is a copywriters dream.
I've only explored the tip of the iceberg so far, and am loving what I see so far.
What I'd like.
To be able to copy and with one click, create a document inside kimola that is more concise.
What I mean by this, is when we look at reviews as research, a lot are pretty useless and tell us nothing of value. We don't want these.
However, the good reviews (or bad!) are worth their weight in gold. We need to be able to put the reviews we want to keep, onto a condensed form of a document, and ideally... similarly to what you've arleady got, with sentiment and maybe to add our own clusters/categories:
For example... product A has clusters around 'frustration', 'relief', etc (pick our own clusters according to research and how we want to pull our document together).
Then we click and add to one of these clusters. When the doc is looked at, you can see all the comments that we've centred around for example frustration and relief. (or whatever)
You have something internally apparently. I'd love to see this available for sumolings, as I see it as saving a whole load more time, and will make your product the best i've seen on the market that can do this. I trust this will be added ASAP.
EIther way, this is a great product and well worth the price.

I was looking for a tool to do some statistical and analytical research for my business and I saw the deal here for Kimola Cognitive. I purchased the product and liked what I saw. While using the software, I noticed a setting that allows you to “personalize” your profile with an avatar of your choice. Well, the avatars that were available did not represent me at all. I sent this feedback to their customer service department and almost immediately, Beybin contacted me. She expressed true empathy towards my concerns of the lack of diversity within the avatars set. Brilliant customer sentiment analysis tool for this age of data-driven customer experience!
KC provides an astonishingly good value by helping in understanding customer sentiments better. Products like KC don't come around every day and this is amazing to see the capabilities. For someone like me that has to go through 1,000s of customer reviews and survey data, this tool is godsent and saves a tremendous amount of time by doing the hard work on my behalf - including carrying out customer sentiment analysis for each review as well as attaching the relevant keywords/tags to each review.
The support team is ultra-responsive and I received replies to my emails/inquiries within minutes and Beybin even jumped on a quick call to help me with onboarding - not sure what's faster, their AI or their support ;)
Would love to contribute to shaping the future of the product. I am quite excited about their upcoming TrustPilot integration and also look forward to using their API within my chatbots. Also, their Analytics product looks quite interesting so will hope there's a way to get that too in the future.
The team is welcoming to receive feedback and I have already requested "Shareable/Public embed reports" and "Multiple topic tagging" as features.
If you're a data-driven and customer-centric person, do yourself a favour - buy KC right now or regret when the deal is gone! The choice is yours!

I love Kimola for the following reasons: - Team that listens to ideas of their users - Fixes bugs fast - Focused on user experience and making things easy - Example models, datasets, personalised scrapers, truly "easy" - Chrome extension - Generous deal - Already has sources of income from other products
The only con was their limits but they increased them! They have also been alive since 2014. I missed deep-talk and wanted an alternative. I think this is genuinely a superior alternative now and can see it going places focused on good UI/UX

Great product that's becoming even more powerful
