Brilliant customer sentiment analysis tool for this age of data-driven customer experience!
KC provides an astonishingly good value by helping in understanding customer sentiments better. Products like KC don't come around every day and this is amazing to see the capabilities. For someone like me that has to go through 1,000s of customer reviews and survey data, this tool is godsent and saves a tremendous amount of time by doing the hard work on my behalf - including carrying out customer sentiment analysis for each review as well as attaching the relevant keywords/tags to each review.
The support team is ultra-responsive and I received replies to my emails/inquiries within minutes and Beybin even jumped on a quick call to help me with onboarding - not sure what's faster, their AI or their support ;)
Would love to contribute to shaping the future of the product. I am quite excited about their upcoming TrustPilot integration and also look forward to using their API within my chatbots. Also, their Analytics product looks quite interesting so will hope there's a way to get that too in the future.
The team is welcoming to receive feedback and I have already requested "Shareable/Public embed reports" and "Multiple topic tagging" as features.
If you're a data-driven and customer-centric person, do yourself a favour - buy KC right now or regret when the deal is gone! The choice is yours!
