Great Product, But Greater Customer Service!
I was looking for a tool to do some statistical and analytical research for my business and I saw the deal here for Kimola Cognitive. I purchased the product and liked what I saw. While using the software, I noticed a setting that allows you to “personalize” your profile with an avatar of your choice. Well, the avatars that were available did not represent me at all. I sent this feedback to their customer service department and almost immediately, Beybin contacted me. She expressed true empathy towards my concerns of the lack of diversity within the avatars set. Within 24 hours, Kimola launched a Diversity Avatar bundle that represents a diverse mix of customers. Not many companies would have acted on this issue, and I have never seen any company act so quickly on an issue as sensitive as this!
