BCBobQ: Authentication Code Question
Hi all- running into an issue where when logging in, the system sends a code to authenticate, the code is send pretty immediately and says it is good for 15 minutes, but when entered the system says the code in expired. This continues until the system locks you out for too may requests. Is this system wide?

Sep 23, 2026A: Hello, thanks for reaching out, and sorry for the wait on an answer here. That isn't how it should behave: a login code is good for 15 minutes, so a code that's refused straight away points at something on your account rather than at the way the system works.
Please email [email protected] with the email address you're logging in with and roughly when you last tried, and the team will look at it and get you back in.
