Q: Validation questions
1) How we are authenticating whether someone has really did a social share or follow the social page (like share in fb, x, insta etc)
If not, do we have option to get their social profile names to verify manually?
2) Will you have your logo or your web address anywhere (can we add to our custom domain)
3) Do you have SMTP integration to send emails through our SMTP services

Let us answer these for you:
1) Bonus entries are given to contestants without verifying that the action was taken.
Kingsumo does not track what exact actions entrants took to award the entries.
The reason behind this is that many social media platforms have reduced access to their platforms because of changes in their policies. There is also no option to verify this manually.
2) We do have our logo on all our apps including the KingSumo, however on a paid version you may add your own branding and use the special badge code we provide to embed your contest to your webpage directly.
3) While we do not have an SMTP in KingSumo, we currently have direct integration with SendFox and Klaviyo. You may, however, create your custom integration with KingSumo and your preferred email service provider using API's or Zapier.
