Absolutely Brilliant!

I have heard many great testimonials on how giveaways can help growing brand awareness, grow email lists and get even more visitors to your website.

Quick insight in our journey (no experience in running giveaways whatsoever):

Initial numbers were +-
* Email list: 0 (starting with fresh and round "0")

4) Published the link to the giveaway at KingSumo.com (not our site) at several Facebook giveaway groups (7 or 8 of them)
5) Published the link to the giveaway on my FB profile (around 700 followers) and Latvian online business community page @ibf.lv of more than 5000 followers
6) Posted the link at r/Giveaways subreddit (62.2k members)

Originally I wanted to embed the giveaway in our Announcement and did so, but our CMS system (WHMCS) isn't configured yet that Facebook pulls in an image from post and posts it with the shared link. So, decided this month to stick with KingSumo link and just move on.
