But I was facing some issues with the delivery rate.
I sent a broadcast to 2034 contacts, but the initial delivery rate is only 17.60% (358). Then I clicked the resend to those who didn't open it.
I have tried to resend 3 times, but some of the emails still couldn't reach me. But my credits have been deducted 3 times. (Sometime the broadcast able to reach me sometime it failed)
It's considered a very low delivery rate for agencies. Is there any way to avoid this issue?

I will likely purchase this before the LTD expires shortly, but my question is this:
If an account is banned, is there an opportunity to prove the ban was not warranted? For example, I have an opt in list, but I have a competitor subscribe with multiple email addresses for the expressed purpose of claiming spam to cause trouble. This has never happened to me, but I would hope I would have the opportunity to prove the hater wrong.

My users are request passwords and login data regularly. I strongly request that transactional emails have their actual content DELETED upon beinging sent.

If in the onboarding process you fill out that don't have a database so you will be able to import the database after 1 month. Besides that, you should be able to use all the features in your KIRIM.EMAIL account

Q: On the transactional dashboard it says I have 5 dedicated IPs.
Are those *only* used for my account & client domains (thus protecting my delivery scores)?
