You really need to make "Zombie Email Removal" an option instead of mandatory removal based on your sole discretion ASAP. If the average email opening rate is only 18%, your ZER is killing 82% of email list that business owners had tried so hard to get. Then what’s the point of using your email service….? It's like driving a Ferrari with flat tires.
There is really no need to treat everyone like criminals just to catch bad guys. Your Appsumo deal is probably the most attractive and generous deal compared to your competitors. But there are only 22 reviews, which seem quite low.
It seems your company is very cautious, which I truly appreciate. But doesn’t the low reviews kinda indicate that you might be a bit over-cautious and try to control too much...? People who comment or complain are truly customers who are want your service. I’m sure making "Zombie Email Removal" an option will bring a lot more business. Say yes please ... : ) ?

We’ve made the Zombie Removal period longer, from previously 12 months to currently 36 months.
If your subscribers didn’t interact with your email for 36 months, it’s better to add a new one, as it will be a waste of your email credits to send emails to the people that didn’t open your email for three years.
And if you really need to turn off the Zombie Email Removal, you can contact our support team. We will turn if off based on the history of your usage. If you have good reputation, then there will be no problem.
