Q: Hello, 1- How can I edit credits for sub-accounts?
Specific credits. I see I can limit it, but not for the number I want. You force me to select 35k, 75k, 100k or 125k. I need freedom to edit this.
2- Also... you say everywhere this is UNLIMITED contacts.. but you limit it to 150k. That's false advertising. Can you explain that?

1. You can edit or upgrade your sub-account credits at your Agency Dashboard>View>click total Credit menu
2. You will be able to upload unlimited contacts, and that's depending on how's your need and how's your delivery reputation. Please check this link for further info> at point Email Delivery Policy --> https://en.kirim.email/acceptable-usage-policy/

1- You are not really answering my question.
If I create a client, I can't set up the number I want. I have to choose between 35k to 125k credits. I can't give them 20k credits, for example.
Following your instructions gets even worst. Once the client is created I can only add credits, not remove them. And, once again, I have to choose from the number of credits you choose, not me. It is: 10k, 20k,25k, 50k,75k, 100k or 125k
Why can't we choose the exact number of credits we want to give for every client?

I did contact support and they told me this: "sorry, currently you can not give many credits as you want, you can only add credit according to what is in the application."
Then I asked: "is it in the roadmap to be able to edit them as we want?"
And they replied: "it's still under discussion by our team"
So... what's the right answer? Yours or them?

There is an update. The main account can edit the client's credit amount as they want. Please inform me of your email address or your Kirim username. I will contact you for further info
