Q: Hello..

Can Kirim be used to generate and send receipts (with multiple line items) via an API? If so, can you point me to the API documentation I would use to generate this? Thanks!

Hi, I purchased Appsumo LTD earlier in the year. But I was facing some issues with the delivery rate. I sent a broadcast to 2034 contacts, but the initial delivery rate is only 17.60% (358). Then I clicked the resend to those who didn't open it. I have tried to resend 3 times, but some of the emails still couldn't reach me. But my credits have been deducted 3 times. I see many questions about the automatic banned policy. I will likely purchase this before the LTD expires shortly, but my question is this: If an account is banned, is there an opportunity to prove the ban was not warranted? For example, I have an opt in list, but I have a competitor subscribe with multiple email addresses for the expressed purpose of claiming spam to cause trouble. This has never happened to me, but I would hope I would have the opportunity to prove the hater wrong. What say you! Thank you.
