I'm planning to send promotion emails to my lists once in a while. However, it won't be sending regularly. Is this something that may cause your system to consider these emails inactive? If it does, is there a way to change it or exclude these emails?

That is true that we have a system called ZER (Zombie Email Removal) to make sure only high-quality data stays in the user account. Currently, there is no excluded email. But you still can set the ZER period as you want, which is a maximum of inactive data in the account are 3 years. a long time chance before the inactive before the data will be deleted by the system.
