I am in a similar situation, I have asked this company to grant me access, and they are responding with useless responses.
Any company I have dealt with, have professionalism, respect and sympathy for cases where we could not redeem the product on time because of very special circumstances. So I am following this thread. Let's make this happen and make sure that Kirim can just simply create our accounts so we can continue our happy lives.
