Q: Hi there, 1.
Do you use different channels/servers for marketing and transactional emails or is it the same one?
2. How does your system identifies if a user is sending / wants to send transactional email or marketing emails?
3. Is there any way to disable your 'ZER' and similar feature on transactional emails?
4. Does the tier 1 plan's Kirim branding also applies on transactional emails or is it applicable only for marketing emails.

1. It's different servers.
2. It has different dashboards and user flow for different applications.
3. ZER and validations basically are for the list stored in our apps. It's usually used in marketing emails.
4. It's on the footer of marketing emails.
