Q: On the transactional dashboard it says I have 5 dedicated IPs.
Are those *only* used for my account & client domains (thus protecting my delivery scores)?
Will those IPs ever be used with another account on your service?

Regarding 5 dedicated IPs on the dashboard, we are sorry because there was a bug in the UI. It is currently being fixed by the team. Please check again.
And currently dedicated IP is possible only by request via support@kirim.email with the condition for sending at least 1 million per day
