Onboarding Documentation Challenging
I needed an upgrade to my long time MaxBulk Mailer app, but after getting verified and subsequently spending several hours trying to navigage the getting started phase, I'm not anywhere ready to use the software. I find the tutorials, while extensive, are unclear to me and difficult to parse.
At this point I'm likely to follow the path of least resistance and integrate one of the familiar services, with the exception of Constant Contact. I'm giving it a 3, based on comprehensive features but points off for ease of onboarding.
