I really like the platform very much. After signing up, I have been chatting with their customer support also very helpful. Overall, I feel very good about this service. I have yet to start any campaigns or setup automation but looking at the options on their site, they are a very mature product.

I did notice though that the number of customers is capped to 500K and not unlimited. Hopefully, that is just an error on their system - I did purchase it knowing that there would be unlimited subscribers.
