Kirmada

Work on projects in dedicated web browsers and automatically track billable hours

Sold out

It’s hard to zip through your tasks when you’ve got tons of tabs open for different projects—all at the same time. (“You call it chaos. I call it...also chaos.”)

Because most web browsers aren’t designed for multitasking, you’ve got to toggle between 20-something tabs just to find the one you’re looking for.

Wish there was a project-focused browser that could organize your tabs to help you focus on one thing at a time?

Get it done with Kirmada.

Overview

Kirmada is a browser-based productivity tool that organizes projects and clients into feature-packed Workspaces.

Multitasking is out! With this browser-based tool, you’ll be able to stay focused and improve productivity like never before.

Kirmada lets you organize clients and projects into dedicated Workspaces, giving you only the tabs you need on hand.

And because you can switch Workspaces in two clicks, it’s easy to pivot between different projects and clients throughout the day.

Workspaces

Store files and bookmarks for individual projects in dedicated Workspaces.

This tool automatically generates timesheets so you know how much time you’ve spent working in a particular Workspace.

Whether you’re billing hourly or working on a retainer, Kirmada automatically starts and stops the timer to improve billing accuracy.

Plus, you can add notes to any session to keep track of what you’re working on—just in case your clients ask for that info.

Automatic timesheets

Kirmada automatically generates timesheets to improve billing accuracy.

Every user account includes 10GB of dedicated cloud storage for Workspaces to keep project assets organized separately.

You can add tasks and notes to the calendar so nothing important slips through the cracks. Workspaces even include a basic image editor!

Kirmada even lets you create social media posts with the social media scheduler, which is super useful for digital marketers.

Social media scheduler

Use the built-in social media scheduler to create social posts for clients.

Share your Workspaces with a team or contractors via email to give them access to files, social accounts, calendar entries, and more.

You’ll be able to assign specific tasks on the calendar so everybody knows exactly what to work on every day.

Best of all, Kirmada creates timesheets for new members, eliminating all that guesswork at the end of the month.

Invite team members

Add people to your Workspace and automatically track their timesheets, too.

When you’re manually tracking billable hours, you’re leaving money on the table. (“I’m always on the grind—just not on the clock.”)

Good thing Kirmada’s dedicated Workspaces can automatically track hours, store files, and organize tasks for individual projects.

Stay focused and earn more.

Q: Timer Pause/No Activity Needed!

Hi Adam, ok so i love kirmada a little, but if had a few more features..
1. The ability for the timer to stop if the Kirmada app has lost focus, ie. i switch to another app or chrome browser outside of kirmada, or simply the ability to pause the timer in case i need to leave the desk, currently, i assume the only way right now is to hit the K button in top left?
2. Support for browser extensions, for me, mainly LastPass.
3. To be able to export timesheets as PDF with the ability to add my logo on so i can send easily to my clients
4. I dont understand why there is a Timer Control OFF/ON switch? Whats this for as im assuming the timers are on by default, yet turning off does not stop the timer from working? What am i missing here?
5. The ability to have a task list per Workspace would be a good feature

ok look forward to your response!

A: Hi Jay92,

We have a huge update to the timer section due out in mid-October (which includes a timer pause button!), and that will be followed up with user-facing timesheet reports probably in November.

The Timer on / off switch is just to control whether you want a shortcut to that section on the left - navigation bar. Users who use features a lot can keep shortcuts visible. You're query highlights a good point that this isn't obvious and we'll get an update to explain this in the app.

The Chrome extension project is underway but currently paused as the dev platform we're using has some major rework needed to make it possible. This is scheduled to be sorted out early in the New Year, so we will resume work on it as soon as we can. It's a big feature and a lot of people want it, so as soon as we can, we will.

We are also updating the Tasks in the next update - this will see some big improvements over the next couple of months and will include being able to see a summary of tasks and their statuses.

Thanks for using Kirmada - with your help we'll get it perfect!

Q: I bought T2 and need some clarification - When creating a team, after I invite a VA, for example, then that ...

means I have used 2 out of 5 licenses. Correct? Me as the owner will have access to unlimited workspaces. Will my team member have access only to the workspace I shared with them? Can I share more than 2 workspaces with them?
Can I invite more than 2 people/members to a workspace so both of them have access to the resources I'm sharing with them?
Can they create their own unlimited workspaces if they get their own license too? Thanks in advance!

A: Hey Ember,

Everyone who has a license has equal abilities, the only difference between you as the T2 holder is that you can assign those licenses to anyone you choose.

That means that anyone can create as many Workspaces as they like, and they can share as many of them as they like, with whoever they like (as long as the other person has a licence assigned).

So, if you share one of your Workspaces with two others, they will see that Workspace on their home screen. If one of them shares one of their Workspaces with you, you will see it on your home screen. You can invite as many people as you like to your Workspace, so not only can you invite the other four people on your T2 deal, but if you know other people with Kirmada outside of your organisation, you can invite them too. There's no limit to how many people you can invite.

So, in short, everyone has unlimited Workspaces, you can invite unlimited people to a Workspace, you can share as many Workspaces as you like, and anyone who has a licence can create as many Workspaces as they need, sharing only the ones they choose to.

Hope that helps!

A: Hi Sumoling,

Happy to give you a 1-1 demo - just go to https://kirmada.com/book-a-demo and you can book a 30 minute session.

Not sure where you're seeing the broken Linux link - could you let me know where that is? Meantime, just pop over to the Download page at https://kirmada.com/downloads - the links there definitely work!

Thanks,
Adam

Q: Ok I really like this product and the whole Kirmada idea.

I got a Tier 2
there are some things I believe would be great for the roadmap

I will speak for all of us and say Yes we all would like a screen shot and timer pause feature for lack of activity.

VPN proxy feature or an ability to create Regular which are (Seen profiles) and Ghost Mode profiles that will be automatically hidden by VPN would be great.

I have purchase and tried many different tool and I came up with a great reciepe

make partnerships with these companies and you can take over the VA assistant space,

Kirmada

Logii- VPN proxy secure multi browser (they just need a UI backend interface update looks and feels like Kirmada) they don't have all the instant login and password tools you have but and partnership could make you a force together!

Clowdwork - great with screen shots and time clock on desktop activity shows when people are not productive and have downtime. they use screen shot reports to do this!

you combine with these companies...

Upgrade your current Servers

Up the storage limits to like 500g-1TB with new plans
which would compensate for the future Video uploading feature that will be in the roadmap!

Also i think that you should add an option to add logo branded mockups with a watermark to the profile for projects! My VA Assistant can send it to me and i can hit a few buttons to brand it and then send it to the client. prefer something that can be seen on desktop and mobile device. or instead of a mockup page you can have the ability to download a branded screen shot of the project. This would help web designers for mockups

If you decide to add any of these ideas to the roadmap, please give current supporters or sumolings a chance to upgrade our accounts by coming back to Appsumo with your new plans from our feedback.

I would love to have a stunning backend UI interface like Kirmada with all its features such as automatically sending user login and password details to my assistant with a click, combined with Clowdwork and Logii multi browser features!

Now that's 007 stuff Anonymous hacker stuff but I only used for Whitehat strategies and not Blackhat it just that Google stops you from accessing multiple accounts and social profile from 1 IP address.

Like I said, right now I current have tier 2 account but if you so decide to have these features and partnerships to the roadmap, please remember to revisit us sumolings with the new plans, we would love you for that! I want Tier 3 but the feature limits that I mentioned above are the main reason. Great and perfect Idea...It's just needs a little feedback to work out the limitations!

Any thoughts

A: Wow, Freeguy, that's a lot to process! Thanks for taking the time to give your feedback.

Our roadmap is very much shaped by user feedback, with priority set by the number of requests we get for various features. At the top of the list is Chrome Extension support which we're working on - it's a technical and expensive development so, unfortunately, it can't be delivered this side of summer.

The other things on your list (i.e screenshotting, user monitoring etc) is on our list for review but not yet on the roadmap. We need to get more feedback to see if the wider community genuinely wants this, or if it raises ethical concerns with the majority. We've heard you though, and have had these requests from others, so we'll take all your requests and add your votes to the roadmap.

Thanks again!

Q: I purchased this, but I need it to work with the Brave browser, which is Chromium based.

Are there plans to make this possible?

A: Hi Faydra.

Both Brave and Kirmada are web browsers, so you can run them side-by-side but not "inside" each other.

Best,
Adam
