I got a Tier 2\u000athere are some things I believe would be great for the roadmap\u000a\u000aI will speak for all of us and say Yes we all would like a screen shot and timer pause feature for lack of activity.\u000a\u000aVPN proxy feature or an ability to create Regular which are (Seen profiles) and Ghost Mode profiles that will be automatically hidden by VPN would be great.\u000a\u000aI have purchase and tried many different tool and I came up with a great reciepe\u000a\u000amake partnerships with these companies and you can take over the VA assistant space,\u000a\u000aKirmada\u000a\u000aLogii\u002D VPN proxy secure multi browser (they just need a UI backend interface update looks and feels like Kirmada) they don\u0027t have all the instant login and password tools you have but and partnership could make you a force together!\u000a\u000aClowdwork \u002D great with screen shots and time clock on desktop activity shows when people are not productive and have downtime. they use screen shot reports to do this!\u000a\u000ayou combine with these companies...\u000a\u000aUpgrade your current Servers\u000a\u000aUp the storage limits to like 500g\u002D1TB with new plans\u000awhich would compensate for the future Video uploading feature that will be in the roadmap!\u000a\u000aAlso i think that you should add an option to add logo branded mockups with a watermark to the profile for projects! Wow, Freeguy, that\u0027s a lot to process! Thanks for taking the time to give your feedback.\u000a\u000aOur roadmap is very much shaped by user feedback, with priority set by the number of requests we get for various features. At the top of the list is Chrome Extension support which we\u0027re working on \u002D it\u0027s a technical and expensive development so, unfortunately, it can\u0027t be delivered this side of summer. \u000a\u000aThe other things on your list (i.e screenshotting, user monitoring etc) is on our list for review but not yet on the roadmap. We need to get more feedback to see if the wider community genuinely wants this, or if it raises ethical concerns with the majority. We\u0027ve heard you though, and have had these requests from others, so we\u0027ll take all your requests and add your votes to the roadmap.\u000a\u000aThanks again!\u000aAdam

I forgot to mention that i\u0027m not fixated on zoom.  I believe that  zoom puts a limit on doing instant meetings!  Most users will not want to download something on their phone to communicate by video when they already have video and there are so many platforms that offer an alternative. 11 sight\u000aand Consolto have managed to do this from a widget!  i would like to see the ability to have a feature like these mentioned companies but from inside of the platform and not from an outside widget on my website!  Visualize google meetings but from inside the software.....and inside the browser with multiple licensed users at one time! A boss can call a instant meeting from the back office reaching out to his whole organization.  Any meetings that are larger than you current licensed users or organization with be held on a (Zoom)  I would like to make zoom my last result and not the 1st to use!
