You can change the currency to USD from the Workspace's Timer screen:
* Click the clock icon on any Workspace
* At the top of the timer screen, directly under the "Timers" title, select "Global". This means the changes you make now will affect all Workspaces.
* Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click Advanced Settings
* Change your currency to USD
* Click Save

That will change your default currency on all Workspaces including ones you create in the future. If you want to have individual Workspaces use a different currency, simply select the Workspace name in Step 1 and then the change will only affect that Workspace.
