Q: Can Kissmetrics track events within mobile apps?

And if yes, is that something that can be done with the Appsumo offering, or is some other add-on required?

I have a few quick questions. How does the tool store the data, and how does it comply with GDPR? If I get tier 1 now for testing purposes, can we upgrade it to tier 3 later, even after the deal is closed in appsumo?

I see your Shopify app was removed from here: https://apps.shopify.com/kissmetrics Do you have a private unlisted app for Shopify users? Or will it need to be integrated manually? (And from the comments here it looks like it's impossible and will require the $999/yr addon, yikes!)
Just to be sure… I purchased Tier 3 without the annual add-on. So this means that the upcoming features that you listed here are not applicable for me? And does this also mean that no other features or UX improvements will be updated for us?
