The key-difference on why Kissmetrics is better than Clarity from MSOFT is that we are converting a 0 into a 1 by user-action(s) not sessions which means everything we collect into our customers' account were actions done by a person who is interested in engaging with the website. It also adds clarity in the reports because regardless of how much time they took within actions it won't affect it. Session based analytics can be reporting numbers when their users were AFK which adds zero value and this will never happen when you use Kissmetrics.
