I am so dissatisfied with this company.
This is a analytics company that doesn't allow you to track your website unless you are a developer or an expert in API
A company that, instead of giving you a simple tracking code snippet or plugin for WordPress as EVERY other company does, forces you to pay money to another company and buy a plugin from them.
This is a company where you wait and wait to get real help tracking simple things like add-to-cart and form submission, but you don't. You just get sent to complicated docs that again require you to be a developer to do it on your own.
As much as I had high hopes for this company, I am deeply disappointed.
Shame!

I love this tool for a number of reasons. The reporting section is wild - the degree of analysis you can do is unmatched.

I also like that it's not integrated with GA and doesn't rely on UTMs (which are now less effective thanks to Apple). I can create more than just metrics, but view customer journeys, make comparisons and more.

I think the key to KM's magic is access someone from support to work through it with you. I highly recommend.

At first, like others I didn't think this was the real Kissmetrics when I saw black friday ads from AppSumo all over the place. This has to be the biggest collaboration of the year. I bought tier 3 and have it setup. The support team was great and I plan to upgrade once we begin seeing more data to show our clients.

Very good tool in the absence of a plugin to inject the code into WordPress, they will surely include it next future.

I had to do a double take to make sure it was Kissmetrics on Appsumo. Grab it while you still can, because apps of this caliber don't show up on Appsumo very often.
