We are a web design company that also helps users with the analytics on their sites. Kissmetrics has always been something we wanted to use because it can handle multiple sites. It looks like we can set aside separate seats for each of the sites we run so that everyone's data is kept separate.
The system is pretty easy to use; you just need to spend some time getting it set up. Get excited about some of the new features they're going to add.
Since we upgraded our tier, Kissmetrics' help has been great. We are now adding the piece to all of our sites and letting our clients see it. The change to super sumo-ling was definitely a good buy.
