There have been several issues and bugs. Your support has not reached out back to us for months nearly a year. Since you left appsumo. You or your co-founder took a long holiday if I remember correctly. so what are we talking about in here? how long are you planning to keep this tool to survive? what assurance we as sumolings have hm?

Hello Wocapi,

we have been giving support to bugs and fixing issues this whole year. As I mentioned we had some issues around August with our support automation and some tickets got lost. I appologize for this. Please write me directly with your bugs so we can fix them ASAP.
Kites is perfectly working and we intend it to stay so for a long time.
