Q: Analyse email from seat accounts or only from 'sales email' ?
Hello,
I am trying to get my head around some features. In particular, does it process emails from personal email accounts of each user ('seats') or only those incoming emails arriving on the 'sales email' ?
Also does it process linkedin message from each user (seats) or otherwise from which Linkedin messages ?

The system only processes emails from the inbox that is connected - which are called sales email in our terms because we are a CRM.
For your second question - we are not connected to Linkedin, so we do not process linkedin messages.

Hi Jung, your comment is contradictory as you state on the deal page: "Record every interaction including emails, meetings, and LinkedIn messages".
So what's this you say you do with LinkedIn if you're not connected to it?
