Good idea, not yet ready for primetime

I like the idea of having AI help you in your inbox and with pipeline management, and I wanted Klipy to work. Still, after just glancing at the dashboard I can see that this will cause me more work and frustration.

For example, let's start with "People". I myself am listed at least three times as working for three different companies.

Klipy used a message that included one of my clients to create a company using my client's name (which is NOT correct).

Moving on to "Follow-ups," Klipy reads an email chain of which I am a part and suggests that I follow up with myself.

It creates contacts and company entries for EVERY email you get, including all those junk emails.

It's just not useful to me to have to wade through all the erroneous data it generates.

Simple CRM in very active development

The foundation is set: a simple CRM with a modern design that automatically captures interactions, summarizes them for you, and enriches the information that companies add to the CRM. The app is fast and easy to understand and navigate. If your CRM needs are simple, you will be well served by this tool.

On top of that, do you enjoy seeing an app in active development and influencing its future features and capabilities with your input? If so, go for it; this app is in VERY active development. The team is responsive in their Slack channel, friendly, open to suggestions, and delivers new features and improvements on a weekly basis. They have already implemented several simpler requests I have sent to them, and now we are in discussions to see if they will work on implementing a larger feature that I discussed with them.
