Klipy is an impressive tool with a lot of potential. It's still new, having launched recently, but already delivers a strong set of features. Compared to Hubspot's Starter Version, which I use mainly for lead management and activity tracking, Klipy covers these basics with a much better design—reminiscent of Attio.
Integration with Google Workspace and Outlook works smoothly. The AI email summaries and follow-up suggestions are a standout feature, making task management easier. The calendar booking tool is simple but visually appealing.
While it's basic for now, the functionality and design are solid. It feels reliable without the bloat some tools have (like Agiled). Highly recommended so far!
Klipy has a lot of room to grow, and there are some features I would love to see. One would be the ability to create invoices directly from the CRM, which would make it more of an all-in-one solution. It would also be great to have an easy way to import my contacts from HubSpot.
The AI is already good at suggesting follow-ups, but if it could also help by drafting responses based on those follow-ups, that would be a huge time-saver. Another feature I'd love is the ability for a single user to connect two email addresses. I have a "hi@" address that isn’t tied to a specific user but still needs to be tracked in the CRM. It wouldn’t be fair if those emails were counted as one user, so automation to handle this would be helpful.
Additionally, it would be great to have forms that work like Typeform, with a simple but effective design. The CRM could also show my relationship to leads more clearly, perhaps by tracking conversations, interactions, and any deals in progress. Lastly, adding a feature to note how confident I am that a deal will close would give me more insight into my pipeline.
Overall, these features could make Klipy even more powerful and useful.

Hi Niclas!
Thanks for the review, you are the first one! You've summed up where we are very nicely, we are very young product and has been focusing a lot on data capturing and recording for the last quarter with a belief that a CRM is only as good as the data actually entered.
For some of your "wishlist" we are happy to see that they align with what is already on our internal roadmap: - Auto...
